European company sport games - Basic information

As the name itself suggests, European Company Sports Games are an unique sport event for all amateur sportsmen who will be keen to show their abilities also out of the walls of the office and at the same time, relax and strengthen business relationships.

 

This sport event is held every two years under auspices of European Federation for company sports - every time in a different country, in a different city. For a long time in Europe there is an elaborate system of corporate sport competitions in which any company can take part. The culmination of every year practise of associated company sport clubs and individual members are Euro sport games, with alteration of winter and summer games ie. Euro summer sport games and Euro winter sport games.

 

From the formal point of view games are not different from competitions of professional sport. They use the best sport facilities and some performance could compete with the professional sport. Also attractive social program is emphasized. The aspiration of future - Czech - organisers is to make participants feel cosy in Prague and make them turn back in Czech republic again. The structure of teams goes across the company hierarchy and therefore Games open other imaginary door - except from sport activities and relax they also offer the possibility of strenghtening of company relationships or establishment of new business contacts in all Europe.

 

For professional athletes is the goal of effort the Olympic games, for sporty employees are European Company Sport Games. Because:

European company sport games will be held from 19. 6. to 23. 6. 2013.

 

Entry fee

The entry fee is € 150

Participation fee includes:

 

  • Participation in 1 sport
  • Joint evening meal and free entrance to the evening cultural programme in the Congress Centre Prague
  • Organisation and information service
  • Participation in the opening and closing ceremonies
  • Basic healthcare service (not health insurance for the participant)
  • Free ticket for the Prague public transport system, Prague Integrated Transport (PID)
  • Small souvenirs

The registration deadline is:

 

  • Mandatory registration and payment of entry fee of 50% in October 2012
  • Payment of accommodation in October 2012
  • Payment of entry fee surcharge in January 2013
     

Accommodation is not included in the participation fee and can only be secured through our accommodation partner, Estec Hotel Management Company
