Dear friends of sport,

also we will organise the coordinators meeting for deputies of single federations before the European Company Sport Games.

During the week-end from 14th to 17th June you'll have the possibility to check with your own eyes how the preparations for Games proceed.

We prepared for you accommodation in 4* hotel Panorama.
 

Programme of the event:

Thursday 14th June

Arrival, transport to the hotel, common  dinner in the city center

Friday 15th June

The morning reception on the Municipality of the capital of Prague, lunch in the center

In the afternoon the tour in the Industrial palace, the center of the event

In the evening a ride on Vltava rive on a steamer associated with dinner

Saturday 16th June

Inspection of sport facilities and hotels, lunch on the sport facility

In the evening participation on the final ceremony of the Prague football games or free programme

Sunday 17th June

Farewell and departure

Dear friends, we would like to organise, with your help and as a sample of work of the organising team, a preparatory football tournament.

We would be grateful if you could pass the invitation for this tour to your teams.

We open categories 11-a-side, 7-a-side and ladies. You can find details on our website   http://en.ecsg2013.eu/preparatory-actions . In case of lower attendance of some of the categories, we'll join this one with tournament The Prague's barrel, which  is held in the same date.   

The price for the accommodation on a single room, board, transfers from and to the airport and evening programme is 280€. In case of arrival on Friday is the price reduces to 200€.

In following three months we'll launch the registration form and accommodation reservations on our web.
